How should I care for my refurbished wheels?
We recommend that, once a week, you use a good quality car shampoo diluted in hot water and a soft cloth or brush to remove road dirt, brake dust etc, followed by rinsing with warm water and drying with a lint-free cloth. Please avoid the use of proprietary alloy wheel cleaning products- these are designed for use on polished, unlacquered wheels and do contain certain acids that will, over time, attack and degrade the lacquer coatings that we apply. Do not use abrasive pads or cleaners and avoid the use of car-wash wheel cleaners (they are also abrasive) and jet washes with acidic cleaning solutions.
